At WPPurify, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our digital services and products. However, due to the nature of digital downloads and custom development, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns.

1. Refunds for Digital Products (Themes, Plugins, Templates)

All digital products sold on WPPurify.com are non-tangible, downloadable items. As such, we do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded, except in the following cases:

  • You purchased the same item more than once by mistake (duplicate purchase).
  • The product is proven to be defective or unusable, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
  • A refund request is made within 7 days of purchase, and you have not downloaded the product or used any license key.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these conditions.

2. Refunds for Custom Services (Development, Customization, Maintenance)

For service-based work (such as custom plugin/theme development, bug fixing, or site migration), refunds will be considered only under these conditions:

  • Work has not yet started, and cancellation is requested within 48 hours of order confirmation.
  • If agreed milestones were not met, and no usable progress was delivered, a partial refund may be offered based on work completed.
  • No refund will be issued once the project is delivered and accepted.

Please note: If you are not satisfied with a delivered service, we encourage you to contact us. We will always strive to revise or improve the work to meet your expectations.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incompatibility with third-party plugins or themes not developed by WPPurify.
  • Hosting/server configuration issues outside our control.
  • Lack of technical knowledge to use the product.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@wppurify.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Purchase date
  • Reason for refund
  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages (if applicable)

We aim to review all refund requests within 3–5 business days.

5. Exchanges & Revisions

We do not offer product exchanges. However, if you experience any issues with a product or service, please contact our support team — we’re here to help and will work with you to resolve the problem.
